Can your designs be used both horizontally and vertically?
Yes, many of our designs work just as well either vertically or horizontally.
Some of our designs are obviously horizontal or vertical only. Use your own judgment when assisting your client.

Is there a charge for extra lines of copy?
No. We try to accommodate as many lines as requested, as long as it's reasonable. Not your entire holiday letter, please!

What are proof charges?
There is a $12.00 charge for a proof. We will make any changes on the proof that are our mistake. Changes customers make after the first proof will be charged again.

If the dealer or the customer makes a mistake, what is the cost of a redo?
We will give the dealer a 30% discount off of their cost.

How does the customer attach their pictures to your Photocards?
The cards are shipped with peel-off tape.

Do your cards require extra postage?
No, they meet the postal regulations for standard postage.

Do you offer linings for envelopes?
Yes, we offer Gold, Silver, Green and Red lining. Color samples can be found on the photo card page: http://cooperandoliver.com/products.asp?1=1&cid=1&p=10&nsize=12

Do you print in any other colors besides black?
Yes, We offer Black, Red, Blue, Green, Silver and Gold Ink.

Do you print on the front of a Photocard?
Yes, we will print on the front for an extra charge, but we cannot cut the cards for you.

Does the customer have to use C & O greetings?
No. You may use any greeting you choose, within reason. Keep in mind that greeted, non-personalized photo cards come in the typestyle shown only.

What is your price range?
Cooper and Oliver offers a high quality product, yet it is competitively priced.

What is the charge for advance shipment of envelopes?
$10.00, shipping included.

What is the charge for drop shipping?
$3.00.
